ifilm English TV to air movie ‘I Want to Stay Alive’

ifilm’s new feature film ‘I Want to Stay Alive’ has been scheduled to go on air on October 14, 2017.

The movie, produced by Morteza Shayesteh and directed by the late filmmaker and actor Iraj Qaderi, is a murder tragedy.

Aslan is a rich and successful attorney who lives a good life. But his wife's shallow lifestyle bothers him, so he files for divorce. Subsequently, he remarries and has his 11 year old son living with him and his new wife; it looks like he is finally living the life he wanted.

But tragedy soon strikes, as they find the son lying dead in a pool of blood, and his stepmother is caught up for his death. Aslan then finds himself defending the woman accused of murdering his son. He has to struggle to prove her innocence and save what's left of his family.

The movie cast list includes Shahla Riahi, Faramarz Qaribian, Fath-Ali Oveisi, Fatemeh Goudarzi, and Mahnaz Ansarian.

‘I Want to Stay Alive’, made in 1994, is scheduled to go on air at 22:00 GMT.

ifilm English will also repeat the movie the next day at 04:00, 10:00 and 16:00 (all GMT times).
